Virgina Monument & Pickett-Pettigrew-Trimble Charge

Here we are at the Virginia Monument where Picket's division was deployed up ahead for the famous Pickett-Pettigrew-Trimble Charge. It was also at this spot where Longstreet gave the order to advance however he was so emotional about the charge that he could not speak but just raised his hand and nodded. It was also here where Lee watch the action then took fault while trying to rally what was left of the division.
